Take a stroll down memory lane with Flo and the rest of the DinerToons as they reminisce about the ups & downs (literally!) of their first summer job at Mr. Big’s theme park restaurants in the delightfully addictive game Cooking Dash – Thrills and Spills.
Game Review: Fitness Dash
Ever noticed how winter comes and goes and BANG! Suddenly we’ve gained 5 pounds without noticing (otherwise known as “living in denial”) and we wonder how on earth we’re going to lose the excess weight? Well a good place to start is with a little inspiration, and that’s exactly what you’re gonna get with Fitness Dash. A word of caution though – you’ll be sitting for hours playing this one and the only thing getting fit as you play will be your fingers, so remember to go for a jog around the block when you’re done and get a little cardio workout to make it all worthwhile!
Game Review: Farm Frenzy 3 – Ice Age
Prepare you earmuffs and mittens because Farm Frenzy is back and this time they have chosen a slightly chillier location! In Farm Frenzy 3: Ice Age, Scarlet is back after deciding that due to strained economical times in the West, opening an arctic farm could be a good investment!
As with all Time Management games, the aim of the game is to make money, and in Farm Frenzy 3: Ice Age, it’s done in a very simple way; By feeding the penguins they produce eggs which you can either sell or use to make egg powder, which you can also sell or use to make cookies. The cookies in turn can also be sold or used to make cakes. Sounds easy, right?
Not quite…
Things get hectic rather quickly and each level adds another challenge. From very early on you need to juggle feeding the penguins, collecting their eggs, baking cookies and cakes, ordering flour via helicopter, keeping track on warehouse space and delivering your produce by sled to buyers. All this whilst protecting your farm animals from evil predators looking for an easy lunch!
Game Review: Burger Shop 2
If ever you decided to play a PC game when you’re hungry or even slightly peckish, stay away from Burger Shop 2! This super fun and fast paced Time Management game will have you drooling in no time or making a run for the nearest diner in town, ready to fill your belly with burgers, fries and chocolate cake!
In the previous title Burger Shop your aim was to get your hands on the blueprints for the BurgerTron2000 burger-making machine and use it to start a successful business. Those were amazing times, but as Burger Shop 2 begins, you awake to find yourself in a dumpster with a bump on your head and no memory of where you’ve been. Not only that, it appears that your restaurant chain now belongs to some dodgy character who offers to sell it back to you for a low price. As no other explanation presents itself, you decide to take him up on his offer and so begins the quest to build yourself up from scratch and restore all eight restaurants in your chain to their full glory.
